Before sending to your file some small councils to us are to be followed:
Place the numbers of department in a separated field, the country in another field. What avoids a loss of data when the programs truncate the fields places.
Check that your file does not comprise intimate data people alive or born after 1900 (addresses, telephone number, anecdotes).
